I have been trying to tame my wavy frizzy hair for ages and Revlon Style Masters Curly Orbital seems to be a very handy tool for that! I purchased this curl activating product alongside other hair products from notino.bg. To be honest, I did not expect much as I have used other curl activators in the past and they were either too sticky or didn’t do the job at all. Furthermore, Revlon Style Masters Curly Orbital has a level 2 of fixation which I thought would make my hair stiff and crunchy. Well, I can say this product came as a very pleasant surprise!
Revlon Style Masters Curly Orbital
Revlon Style Masters Curly Orbital is a hydrating and protecting curl activator in a gel-like form. It provides a range of benefits for your hair, some of which are:
- moisturizes hair
- protects from heat
- reduces split ends
- helps to preserve color
- creates defined and flexible curls (I assume this works only for wavy/curly hair)
Is it too good to be true? I thought so too but now after I have been using this for several months I can say this curl activator lives up to the expectation. What I like the most about this product is that I can now skip the flat iron or curling wand. Revlon’s curl activator helps me reduce the damage my hair receives from heat styling and this on its own makes me love this product! What is more, it leaves my hair soft and flexible and it doesn’t get greasy even after 2-3 days without washing.
Revlon Style Masters Curly Orbital can be applied on damp or dry hair. When I first apply it my hair does get a little stiff but this lasts only for 5-10 minutes. Once it absorbs into my hair there is no trace that I have used any product at all! In addition, as mentioned above, the curl activator offers a Level 2 fixation. I don’t like fixating products but this one’s level of fixation doesn’t bother me. My hair remains flexible and soft and I feel that it just preserves the curls a little more than if there wasn’t any fixation.
In summary, I can say that I really love this product! If you have damaged and frizzy hair like I do and if you are trying to strengthen it by avoiding heat, you should definitely try it!
